BVEC Acting Manager, Alvaro Cruz, participated in a PAHO led workshop to assess the performance/implementation of the Essential Public Health Function to improve the performance of the fucntion by the diverse national entities. These functions being the responsibilities of statutory bodies and several government ministries.
