As part of Belize's Malaria Elimination Program, Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) is currently underway country-wide in high-risk communities. The Belize Vector and Ecology Center is conducting an IRS Evaluation following strict WHO Protocol to monitor the efficacy of the treatment being applied. Having this baseline data, the degradation of the treatment can be monitored, and interventions can be planned using data collected in subsequent months.
