Phase 4 of the REDINET project brought about new SOPs for PCR pathogen detection testing. Dr. Benedicte Fustec arrival in Belize marked the start of a two-week training session for these new SOPs. Her visit to Belize was an opportunity to carry out training, review field collection practices, and conduct proficiency testing on the BVEC team, ensuring the standardized practice across all Gold, Silver, and Bronze Labs that are part of the REDINET Consortium.
