BVEC was invited to take part in a Vector Surveillance Exercise in Belize City with the Belize City Vector Control Department. This two day exercise provided the opportunity for both theoretical and hands on training in identifying local vectors, vector habitats and vector collection best practices. These activities are a crucial part of Belize's Malaria Elimination Certification Program efforts.
